This page is designed to serve as the documentation of the Franklin County/North Quabbin Community Health Improvement Planning (CHIP) process begun in spring of 2016.  On April 7, 2017, the 2017-2020 Regional Community Health Improvement Plan was released along with a calendar of meetings to review progress on its highlighted strategies.
