CHIP Healthy Eating/Active Living Work Group

This group meets quarterly to check in on progress related to this 2021-2023 Community Health Improvement Plan Goal:
Support the FRCOG’s Transportation and Open Space & Recreation planning efforts, Mass in Motion, Age-Friendly Franklin County, and food justice and systems change initiatives to continue to evolve the built environment to reduce barriers to active living and healthy eating.

You are welcome to join us! We are planning to meet in the Library conference room at the FRCOG office – 12 Olive St., Greenfield, MA 01301. Remote participation is possible, as well. Please RSVP to Jen Audley.
