CHIP Network Meeting
November 2, 2022 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
In Massachusetts, our lawmakers are about to begin a new two-year cycle, which makes this a perfect time for us to be thinking about our priorities for this legislative session.
Our November 2022 CHIP Network meeting was a Legislative Priority Pitch Party! We invited folks from many different fields to come and educate us about legislation in the works for the 2023-2024 session by giving a 2-minute “pitch” about it. Thank you to all who joined us, and special thanks to Senator Jo Comerford and Representative Natalie Blais for giving us an overview of the process. (Here’s a flowchart visual from Senator Comerford’s office.)

Now it’s your turn to share your opinion on what legislation the CHIP Network should focus its attention on for the next two years! Please weigh in during the month of November by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/eg8nnbhQ1HnUzgAj6
The Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Network meets several times each year to hear updates from the CHIP work groups and to learn from people who are interested in making our region a healthier, more equitable place to live, work, and play.
