Community Supports for Young People

The May 9, 2023 CSYP meeting will use our “case study” format which means we will focus on learning about and supporting a specific program that benefits young people in our region.  Contact Jen Audley for more details, including the Zoom link.

The CSYP workgroup is co-sponsored by the Community Health Improvement Plan and the Communities that Care Coalition and regularly brings people together – including young people themselves! – for collective engagement around health equity and the overall wellbeing of young people of all ages (0-24) in our community. This group includes individuals who volunteer or have personal or professional connections to systems that aim to support and care for young people in our area.
