Diversifying Rural Housing Opportunities

In this online session for residents and local leaders, Dana LeWinter, Lily Linke, and Whitney Demetrius of the Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) :

• Reviewed local population and housing data
• Highlighted zoning and other policies that have contributed to inequities over time
• Explored tools towns can use to intentionally undo racial and economic inequities in the Franklin County housing market
