Please join planners from the Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) for a land use planning workshop!

FRCOG staff will discuss the importance of local and watershed scale planning and the Zoning and Subdivision tools communities can use to become more climate resilient, protect water quality, improve river geomorphic health and manage stormwater runoff.

Planning Board members from across Franklin County are encouraged to attend to learn about these different practices and share lessons learned from their own town.

Some of the topics we will discuss: Open Space Residential Design, River Corridor maps and how they can be used, and climate resilient engineering design standards for stormwater management.

Choose from three dates for this virtual workshop; each session will cover the same material.
Please register in advance for the date of your choice to receive the Zoom link.
