The CPHS staff serves as the comprehensive health department for the following towns: Bernardston (except Title 5), Buckland, Charlemont, Colrain, Conway (except Title 5), Gill, Hawley, Heath, Monroe, Rowe, and Shelburne.
The Public Health Nurses and Community Health Educator also serve an additional three towns that have their own health agents: Ashfield, Northfield, and Erving.
