This report is a snapshot assessment of how prepared Franklin County is today and what work is still ahead of us to make us more prepared. based on After-Action Report Improvement Plans, surveys, interviews, and focus groups, the 2019 State of Preparedness snapshot is remains salient after the acute emergency of COVID-19, which in and of itself indicated a need for enhanced regional coordination during long-duration or large-scale emergencies.
