The Communities that Care (CTC) Coalition maintains a Community Action Plan to help direct community resources toward effective and coordinated solutions for reducing youth substance use, improving youth nutrition and physical activity, reducing racism, and increasing health equity. At its semi-annual meeting in October 2019, the Communities That Care Coalition approved a revised Community Action Plan that will guide its work until 2023. The new plan strengthens the Coalition’s vision, mission, and values to reflect our commitment to health equity and social justice.
